Jonathan Hoey

Hi! I’m Jon and I’m an Actor, Writer, Director and Sound/AV tech based in Perth, WA.

I believe that Theatre has the power to reach people and break barriers as well as entertain. My work is dark, yet silly, tragic but comic. I believe in finding the truth on stage, to represent real people as honestly as I can, without compromising their integrity. My guilty pleasure is absurdist theatre!

Whether I’m devising or directing my own work, or working as sound tech you’ll find me in Theatre for as long as I can stay in it.
